Try to contact them by email. Ask some help to somebody you know and can speak English or use google translator (or something similar).

@thedam: In Spain it will be difficult to find someone who speaks english, it`s a real problem in this country. You should styudy some spanish before you start to search for a flat.

@ingeniero Humberto I know, but when i call, nobody speaks english, so it is hard to talk about details :)
