Rental Period: 6?24 Weeks The minimum stay for this apartment is 6 weeks (i.e. at least 42 days). As the rental is subject to a clearly defined temporary purpose for academic or professional (workation) use, the maximum duration is limited to 24 weeks (168 days). Costs / Terms: The stated monthly rent of EUR 860.27 consists of a net base rent of EUR 777.00 (EUR 25.90 per day) plus the platform?s mediation fees including VAT (approx. EUR 2.776 per day).
