The interior of the house is distributed in a hallway leading to: a living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom with a large wardrobe, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you'll find a covered porch furnished with tables and chairs for relaxing summer evenings, a barbecue, a large private lawn area, an 8x4 meter private swimming pool, several areas for hammocks and rest, and an outdoor shower. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, WiFi in the indoor and outdoor area, washing machine, dishwasher, Italian and "TASSIMO" capsule coffee machine, ironing board and iron, portable clothesline, mosquito nets throughout the house, etc. It is very close to services such as self-service stores, bars, buses, gas stations, hardware stores, pharmacies, etc. The nearest exit to the motorway is the A-390, via Medina road, to take different detours.
