The bathroom is bright and modern with a bath and shower. This is an attractively decorated apartment throughout. Important notes All expenses (water, electricity, Wi-Fi and gas) are included in the monthly rental price up to €80. The owner provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory on all floors. The tenants bear the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = €20, this is divided by the number of tenants) Check-in hours: Mon - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. We do not do check-ins on weekends, in case you need it, it will have a cost extra of €50 and is subject to the availability of the staff. The apartment is very spacious and bright, it has 5 large rooms, 3 with a private bathroom and 2 share a bathroom. The rooms have a large amount of natural light and are very spacious, they come fully equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, lights, etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped: oven, 2 refrigerators, microwave, utensils, etc. We do not accept couples or pets.
