It is located in a newly built building with 8 luxurious apartments and an exceptional community pool open from April 1 to November 1, as well as a private garage in the building. It is a very bright studio. Access to the apartment is directly through the large private garden, entering from the common areas of the building. The garden is fully furnished with outdoor furniture. Upon entering the studio we find a studio space composed of a spacious living-dining room, which has a large sofa, Smart TV and a dining table with chairs with capacity for up to 4 people. The kitchen, open to the rest of the apartment, is fully equipped. At the back of this space we find a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2.00. From here we can go out to a terrace with a table and chairs area where, by going down some small stairs, we access the private garden, which surrounds the entire apartment. At the back to the left we find a small hallway where there is a small closet and the full bathroom with a shower. The building has a community pool open from March to November for exclusive use by guests. In addition, the building has a private garage with capacity for one car per apartment. The Arruzafa area is an exclusive residential area of Córdoba, where we find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas. The historic center of Córdoba is just 2 km away, and can be easily reached by public transport since there is a bus stop very close to the apartment. For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of €100 per month. From this amount onwards, the guest will be responsible for the difference, with the accommodation providing the corresponding invoice to verify the expense. To the right we find a living-dining room, it is a very bright room since the living room has direct access to the private terrace that has outdoor furniture. The living room has a sofa bed, measuring 1.50 x 2.00m, Smart TV, a side table, a folding table and chairs with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped. To the left of the entrance we find a full bathroom with a shower. Returning to the entrance, in front of it we can find the bedroom, with a 1.50 x 2.00 double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The building has a community pool open from March to November for exclusive use by guests. In addition, the building has a private garage with capacity for one car per apartment.
